Library Cards and Libby. IT GIRLS.

And let me be the FIRST to say the only time I ever had a library card was when my local library would give away free Dairy Queen coupons for reading...and I never won a single one because I never read. But, a renaissance is happening here, the comeback of the library. Like honestly, if you don't have a library card, WHAT R U DOING??????

There are actually way too many benefits to having a library card. 1 You're supporting your community and encouraging them to obtain more books for their location. 2 You're actually saving so much money?? I have read 18 books in the past two months and have not paid a single cent to read them. I actually would have blown SO MUCH money in these past few months without Libby. 3 with Libby, it's all in one central location; you can listen to audiobooks, read ebooks, transfer the books to your Kindle, and create lists of books you want to read. Truly, my life has changed since using Libby. I will die on the cross of Library cards.

Also, have you ever been to your local library? Everyone is SO SWEET. At my library, they have a little second-hand book store at the front where you can buy nice books and movies for under $2, and all of the money goes back to the children's programs. Every time I go home for break I always stop in and get a book.

I just love the community that comes from a good book. A library is the perfect example of the love that can bloom from books. We are so lucky to have libraries available to us, we should take advantage of them!
